House Rules

  1. The Royce is a smoke-free property, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure a clean and fresh environment for all guests.

  2. While we encourage you to enjoy and celebrate, large parties, loud gatherings, or unsanctioned events are not allowed unless previously approved.

  3. Quiet hours for the courtyard and all outside areas begins at 10:30 PM, these areas can still be used following this cutoff though please be cognizant of neighbors and the volume of any noise that is projecting from the courtyard.

  4. Please treat The Royce with care. Report any spills, damages, or issues immediately so we can address them.

  5. Check-in @ 4 PM; Check-out @ 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability—just ask in advance!

  6. Cooking in the kitchen is prohibited when the house is being rented per room, guests that have booked a single suite with shared common areas may use the refrigerator and microwave, though the oven and stove are reserved for whole house bookings only.

  7. Please do not use white towels to remove makeup/mascara.

  8. The complimentary EV charging is available on a first-come basis. Please be respectful of your neighbors and share the amenity.

  9. The propane grill must be operated responsibly and only by adults (always double-check to ensure the propane bottle is shut off when finished using). The grills have been placed in safe locations; if the need to move arises, do not use them on decks or within 10 feet of the house.

  10. We love pets, but to maintain the property’s cleanliness and allergy-free status, we kindly ask that you leave furry friends at home.

  11. The backyard, complete with the gas firepit and seating area, is shared among houses unless you’ve rented the entire property. Please clean up after use so everyone can enjoy the space.

  12. Ensure all doors are locked when leaving the property.

  13. Children are welcome, but they must be supervised at all times, especially in areas like the backyard and near the firepit.

  14. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please double-check your suite and shared areas before checking out. If an item is left behind, reach out and we will do our best to retrieve it for you.

  15. Any damages caused during your stay will be assessed, and repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit or charged after your departure.

  16. Be considerate when using shared amenities with the other house. Avoid monopolizing spaces for extended periods, especially if other guests are present.

  17. You are welcome to enjoy alcoholic beverages responsibly. Please refrain from excessive noise or behavior that might disrupt neighbors.

  18. If you need help adjusting the suite’s temperature, let us know.

  19. Please wash, dry, and put away any dishes or utensils you use. Kitchen spaces should be left clean and tidy for the next party.

  20. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the property. Any violation will result in immediate removal without a refund.

  21. Guests are responsible for using all appliances (e.g., kitchen equipment, firepit, EV chargers) properly. Please refer to any provided instructions.

  22. Please do not leave clothes unattended for extended periods in the washer/dryer. Remove items promptly when finished.

By entering the premises any and all guests are assuming the risk of injury/damage/loss and agreeing to arbitrate any and all claims.
