“The Royce is a spectacular property in the heart of Newport within walking distance of restaurants, activities and the waterfront. It is elegant and thoughtfully curated with decor that really transports you to the soul of New England. Charming, spacious and relaxing with your own private courtyard to spend the evenings at. We loved the fire pits outside and the gorgeous and spacious kitchen to cook in. We will definitely be back in the fall when the leaves begin to turn to experience it once again!”

“Absolutely wonderful! Like your own luxurious mm boutique hotel. Terrific host and communication from the start. The property is a gorgeous, sparkling and newly renovated historic home in a quaint section of Newport. Convenient to restaurants, the water and local attractions. It was beautifully furnished and decorated with three separate suites, each inlcuding its own living area, bedroom and bath (even a mini fridge, coffee station, and safe in each). The interior was quiet and comfortable throughout. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, including with high end appliances and a nice Keurig machine. The outdoor spaces are secluded and luxurious. The property was full of delightful details and amenities. Can't wait to return!”

“Our extended family of 12 rented the Royce over Easter weekend, our stay was truly fantastic. The property has undergone a very thoughtful extensive renovation, it is obvious that every detail was considered and no expense spared. The kitchen is outfitted with Viking appliances everywhere, often duplicated (2 ice machines, 2 dishwashers). Cookware, dining ware, flatware, glassware and cutlery are all brand new and high-end, absolutely no need to bring anything. Each of the 7 bedrooms has its own design exuding character, and a bathroom with all modern fixtures including frameless glass showers. Mattresses and bedding are outstanding. Central sound system, scent diffusers, Roomba vacuums, picture frame TVs, and computer station are all part of the experience. The giant bluestone patio area is amazing, the house is only 1 block away from the excitement of Thames St, but the patio with 2 fire pits and LOTs of seating offers a private enclave away from the bustle. This property is top notch.”

“The Royce was a terrific find! Walking distance to everything and such a unique property! So well provisioned it had everything that you needed or wanted. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was very clearly thought out as they furnished and provisioned the space. The backyard was super cool looking and we can not wait to come back when it is warmer to use the outdoor spaces more. Having an electric charger onsite for our car was also a HUGE plus. As a seltzer fan, the complimentary San Pelligrinos were also fantastic. Shane was also super communicative and helpful to help us work around our timelines, all at 9:30 at night as we were booking! We will definitely be back!”

“This place is a must see and a must stay! Not only is it exquisite but has that homey feel anyone would want to plan a staycation around. The staff keeps the house immaculate and well stocked! I think my favorite feature was the amazing outdoor area with the firepit and outdoor grill. The lighting brought an elegant flair and I felt like I was staying at a mansion. This home was steps away from the heart of Newport, but yet has charm and peacefulness I was certainly looking for on my mini staycation.
I would highly recommend this home for a long weekend or even a longer stay! Wait until you see the kitchen and butler pantry! My next visit I will bring some friends along and enjoy the elegance of the dining area. Cam, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. My room was warm and elegant and had a fireplace and TV! From the sheets to the towels, I felt like royalty.
